Konoha's Answer ~Kakashi Tribute

Kakashi, I think, would've been a great Hokage if Tsunade didn't awake from her coma (which explains the green paper). Although he does have a hilarious/pervy side, he gives great advice and has gone through losing all of his loved ones.
